One drawback from living in the South
« on: January 29, 2006 - 04:04:26 PM »
Yes the weather is great---you can drive you MOPARS 12 months a year but there is a small chance you and your MOPAR could get swallowed up whole !!!!!
I think I will keep my top up from now on when cruising !!!!

That is a decent one!!!! 5.5M!  :ylsuper:

I copied this from a world record website........

An adult salt water crocodile measures between six to seven meters (20-23 feet) and weighs about two to three tons. There were tales that a 27-foot salt water crocodile was killed near Lake Taal in Batangas in 1823. It reportedly took 40 men to bring the body ashore. When the men cut the crocodile's body open, they found the body of a horse in seven pieces. The largest crocodile ever sighted was a 33-footer in Borneo in 1920. It was believed to be 200 years old.

PS: Would let me spell salt water in one word as you're suppose to...
I makes up the word t-w-a-t LMAO!!

:roflsmiley:  That was my first thought!  Growing up in South Florida, you heard lots of stories of alligators in the canals. You don't let your dog out by itself if you live on a canal....

Red and I used to go camping at Lake Okeechobee...right on the lake.  In the middle of the night, we used to open our tent and shine our flashlights skimming the lake water with light.  You could see red eyes in the water...just hanging out.  Never had one incident...but I didn't go swimming in that lake!!
