Looks like a nice solid project but the rear seat looks like a sofa from the 70's!  :eek7:

I can see why since it's sort of like a time capsule car in that the guy's owned it for a wicked long time.

I can relate to the dash as the original owner of my car put the same stuff but blue on my dash!  :eek4: :crying:

Separted at birth!

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

OK, I'll confess....my first mopar, a 70 B'cuda gran coupe, slant 6 column auto, i did that to the dash! The dash was a real mess, split from the sun in several places, and it was a "cool" thing to do back in the day. Remember, this was 1976.  I dont have any pics.....thank GOD!

It was a thing of that eara, but usually reserved for Caddy type cars and way cool portable "crib" vans  :roflsmiley: I like his tempory air cleaner too, or is there even a carb on the engine? But all in all looks like a decent begining of a nice project car.

:wow: I remeber those days.  That thing would look awesome with some curb feelers.   :roflsmiley:  He doesn't have the 2" shag on the floor or the front seat finished, it's not complete yet.   :dunno:
