Repro 72-74 Cuda Trunk Lid Molding
« on: February 01, 2006 - 09:55:44 PM »
I just received one of these after waiting for 3 months.  It looks pretty good but I haven't had a chance to install it yet.  Interestingly enough I have not seen these advertised anywhere.  I only discovered that this piece was being made when I called Reproduction Parts Marketing in Saskatoon (Saskatchewan, Canada).  I don't believe that the corner pieces are available.

LOL!  :lol2: 4C will remember.....took me like a year to finally get some 70 Challenger moldings.  :banghead: :roflsmiley:
Man....I'm so glad that's over!!!!!! The fit on the repro's was absolute crap! Had to use 3 sets in the end.
Cut and re-shape the ends (outer car) to make them fit. Came up well in the end. We used a NOS trunk molding.
