Mopar Muscle--Fall Fling

Myself and another member or two are considering the option of putting together a Mopar Muscle Fall Fling.  Looking to be maybe in Atlanta, at Stone Mountain Park, or perhaps Birmingham at the Barber Complex.  The first step is to gauge interest from you guys/gals.  Please vote and let us know if we should pursue this opportunity.  Both locations are very nice, and are in an area where there is plenty to do. I voted for "I would try to attend" but it all depends on when it is.  The summer is very very difficult for me, I shouldn't even be going to Carlisle as it is peak season for my kennel business.  If the Mopar fling ends up being before summer or after labor day, the chances of me showing up the the Cuda are much better.  It looks to me like not too many people have seen this post as it has been here for a few days, untouched until now.  Maybe Rev will give the OK for us to put this under the galore section.  What do you think Rev, it may get more exposure there.

Well that may be alittle far from the Great Lakes State . . . although I might if it got big enough

Yeah 4C, more interest would get my attention, but I can't imagine how much I would spend in gas money for the Challenger.

I know I'm new to this site, but given enough time I would probably attend, especially if it is in Atlanta (near family - a good excuse for the trip).  Down here in Miami we have very few Mopars, and it would be nice to see something that did not burn rice, have a bowtie or a blue oval.

That said, the next message I looked at was about the Florida show in Davie.  God willing, I will be attending that show.

I would love to go to Georgia again as I lived there for a year and have missed it everysince my job got over and i moved back to Illinois. It is a long drive and I'm not sure if I would bring my Challenger or not.

I would love to see Kentucky,Tennesse, or Georga! With a mopar event would be great! Especially in the fall. I went to Florida in 86 but couldn't see much beyond I-75.
A question though, how bad of a beating would I get if  I showed up in a G6 pontiac??
My daily runner is a 96 Intrepid. :undercar:
The G6 could use a good spank though.

I'll have to wait (vote) until there are a few more details such as time of the event. It's a long drive from Ohio and the time of year will have everything to do with the possibility. I don't have a trailer, nor anything worthy of pulling one safely, so it would have to be an extra long cruise if we could make it. Want to? SURE !  Can/will we,???

We are looking into sometime late September early October. We are also trying not to book it around any other Mopar events. Any info of other events you can give would be great. I certainly hope more people get interested it will be a lot of fun if for no other reason than meeting the people we chat with on the site and other Mopar fans.
