74' 360 Challenger HP?

  What was the horse power rating on the 360 Four-Barrel for the 74' Challengers?  Was it under rated at the time?  Thanks.

Ok, well I found the power ratings for the 360 Four-Barrel, Just looked at the original Challenger Info booklet, says
 245 HP, and 320 TQ.  But still, Were these engines under rated at the time?

not really under-rated , but the were rated in net Hp not gross Hp as used up to 72
