Maybe I explained it wrong........
This as best as I can describe it.
- Lie down on the carpet like superman with your face flat down, legs together and arms straight out in front of you making your body the longest it can be....Have your eyes closed firm.
- Now, get someone (Wife/GF) to pick your hands (and arms, of course) up bringing them to about a 45 degree angle or as far as your arms will go.......then get them to s-lo-w-l-y and gradually drop your arms (while holding your hands) until they are on the floor again.....doing it slowly is the key. To fast nothing will happen....
You have to be flat on your stomach, eyes closed and head against the floor while they are doing this....
The last, say, 12-20inches must be the slowest. The reason it works is because it feels like your hands should have hit carpet ages ago. So you end up having the feeling you've actually gone through...feels cool.
