I guess it depends on if you're going for OEM restoration or just a good looking finish. Believe it or not, I've had great success with regular Krylon spray paint that I purchased from Wal-Mart. With proper surface prep, it does the trick. It dries quicker than Rustoleum, is much cheaper than Eastwood and comes in a decent variety of colors. Flat, Semi & Gloss black, bright and dull silver and metallic plus bright colors I've used for my engine and dip stick pulls. I've even used it in 'high-temp" areas such as my engines and on brake calipers without any problem. The only thing I've used Eastwood for is special coatings, like the wrinkle finish or cadmium plating.
