Radio options

I am looking for a stock am/fm radio for my 73 barracuda and as we all know they are quite expensive.  I was wondering if radios from other mopars of the era fit because they are ALOT more reasonable.  I have seen some on ebay and they have the 2 knobs on the left hand side and the 5 presets under the band indicator and the same style am/fm selector.  The only difference I see is that the 5 preset buttons come out at a weird sort of slant.  Any body have any info on this?

That's a good question Matt. I know when I was looking for Am/8-track radios, they all were cheaper in non-E-bodies. Physically, the only difference I saw was some little node on the lower right corner. On E-bodies, it was in a different location. Maybe this can be remedied with a little creativity???

  I see what you mean. It looks like the face plate has a slight curve to it.
