Looks like you got away with a plate too! You send it to the plate thread?
Can I have one of your AARs? I need a 'Cuda that turns, mine ONLY goes straight and you can't possibly use 2 that turn.

I'm thinking you go straight a lot faster than I do. The yellow one is for the wife. She wanted something fun in her 401K to drive. I almost didn't buy it and was ready to walk and then she made me go back. I enjoy the AMF for weekend drives and general fun. Her car just turned 50,000 miles and I think there are something like 12 or 13 in this color combo, 4- speed with vinyl roofs. I found another one and it's been sitting in a garage since the late 70's. I've offered the guy some serious cash but he likes to look at it.

Ohio Cuda, great looking cars. AAR's are my favorite, wish I had a real one!. I notice you are also missing the chrome trim for the grill, I was wanting that trim for mine, do you know any sources for these pieces?  My car was originally FK5 with a black top, I like the color, especially on the AAR.

The best place I've found for parts is swap meets 1Badfish. I watched your Cuda for a long time, nice car. E-bay is like gold any more if it's Cuda time. The chrome is in the grill but it's in need of replating. I need to find some painted mirrors this year for my FK5.
F N Cuda the next time you see something and the wife does a little whine just tell her your doing it for her in the long run. I've been saving for the last year to get my wife a set of re-pop goodyear tires for Valentines Day.  :angelwings:

Thanks OHio, I actually just found a set on ebay, i'll see what they go for. What do you mean about my car? I was just wondering if you knew any history on the car, never actually met the guy I bought it from. Turned out to be a great car though, I like it.

Sorry for the confusion. I saw it on the web for sale some place and always wanted to call on it. My wife and I drove up to Mich. yesterday (thought I found Gold) because this guy had a 340 Duster 4-sale and the guy he bought it from told him it was a T/A six pack engine. I took my inspection mirrors and saw it was a stadard 340. But talk about a healthy engine, man for $3000.00 I almost brought it home. My wife has her limits though. I think I'll post it for the guy.

ya post the pics of the duster, I actually passed up a T/A engine when I was younger, wish I hadn't. Yeah my car was posted for a while, I bought it around xmas. I would like to eventually make a nice TX9 AAR Clone from it, just gathering pieces I need now.
