I took my wife for a death ride in my 71. Whether it helped to gain her affections, I'll never know. I am however very impressed with her fingernail imprints in the dash.

Years ago a buddy of mine was out cruising his '68 Hemi GTX. He spotted an AAR Cuda cruising as well, so he followed it. When the car pulled over, there were two girls in it. Mike married the passenger and they have been together for close to 30 years now.

He still wonders what became of the AAR though........

When I was looking for a Challenger to buy several years ago, my wife was totally OK with it ( after all, she had her '66 Mustang convertible, and she thought it would be kind of neat if I had a convertible, too ). However, when I was running some paint colors past her, she was down on Go-Green or Sub-Lime, and aghast at my mention of having a Panther Pink car. She said if I ever got a pink car, she'd never ride in it. I eventually ended up with the factory Plum Crazy Challenger that I have now, and she really loves it. What makes this whole scenario even better is that she loves driving it, too, and she's not shy about lettin' all the ponies loose, either. It's actually kind of fun when I let her drive,  I'm in the passenger seat, and she's ripping rubber off the tires. :woohoo: I get almost as big a kick as when I'm doing it! It's a wonderful thing to have such a loving and understanding wife.

we have a good relationship, I usually drive where we go and my wife drives home. she has no problem laying into ferd and cheby's, most of the time they say she'a a girl so they didn't want to give all their motor to her, funny thing is, sure sounds like their cars are revving pretty hard.

Actually though, I'm still pretty lucky because I've seen an increase in younger girls who enjoy old muscle cars, some actually own their own.  Now if only I could get mine done and go out cruising to meet them all....

My Girlfriend hated cuda's and always liked Shelby GT 500's, but after getting the car she loves it now...girls like attention and a 70 Cuda gets just that!

well i didnt have any muscle cars for nearly 20 years. when i did have one i was involved with, now x-girlfriends. my wife dont like my cuda much cuz she says its just a pile of sh!t rustbucket.she is into cars but she likes the 30's style cars. her aunt has a, i believe its a 36, Dodge Brothers that is in beautiful condition and never sees the light of day. that is the car she wants!
