When I was looking for a Challenger to buy several years ago, my wife was totally OK with it ( after all, she had her '66 Mustang convertible, and she thought it would be kind of neat if I had a convertible, too ). However, when I was running some paint colors past her, she was down on Go-Green or Sub-Lime, and aghast at my mention of having a Panther Pink car. She said if I ever got a pink car, she'd never ride in it. I eventually ended up with the factory Plum Crazy Challenger that I have now, and she really loves it. What makes this whole scenario even better is that she loves driving it, too, and she's not shy about lettin' all the ponies loose, either. It's actually kind of fun when I let her drive, I'm in the passenger seat, and she's ripping rubber off the tires.
I get almost as big a kick as when I'm doing it! It's a wonderful thing to have such a loving and understanding wife.
