Such a beatiful car collection. Thanks for sharing with us. I tell ya I would use the bubble too if it meant I didn't have to grind a rusted body ever again.  :woohoo: :worshippy

I posted pics a while back of a triple black T/A survivor with rear louvers. They were in the Hilton Head SC car show and Auction thread.

probably the same car....I sold it to a guy in Michigan and he now resides in Pawley Island N/S? Carolina....it was painted about 20 years ago, and detailed top to bottom, I'm not sure I would call it a survivor...it currently has about 4200 miles

Daytona, did you have one of your cars at the Nationals a couple years ago displayed in the buble? My wife thought is was a bit much, but after I pointed out the rariety/value of the car vs. the "conditions" around the show grounds, we both agreed we'd either leave it home or do the same type of thing. Beautiful, and thanks for sharing the stories. BTW, it was a red Viper, yours?

no, it wasn't me....his name is Sam Goldberg.....he displays his car in a bubble because he sells the car storage bubbles....it is just a chance to show people how they really work ...he isn't really that paranoid

This is an interesting thread, thanks for sharing the stories.

I've only got one question...where's the Daytona? Or is your screen name from a previously owned car?

I really dig your cars! Very very nice collection you have there. Shame you don't drive them however, but to each their own! (I'm an avid believer in cars being driven) and I also love the bubble idea. Would do Great for dusty places like Texas/Arizona and the like. My parents have some planes down in Arizona, one's a 1950 Beachcraft, Big Old Twin engine polished airplane... and let me tell you. Even if its just slightly windy that thing gets Horribly dirty! Anyway, I think there's a huge market for that. Not bad for storage!

I had 2 Daytonas(including the first one shipped in the USA) and a Superbird....all with 10K miles or less....didn't know if they were allowed on this site...

in my businesses,

one of my corporations is named Daytona Inc.
one is named Superbird Inc.
one is Superbird II Inc.
one is Cyclone Inc.
one is Talladega Inc.

easy to remember that way ...

I have a 2004 Vette conv. and an 02 Prowler that are my daily drivers.....I do use one of the Vipers quite a bit in the summer too.....I just don't like to have too many cars dirty at one time, lotta work to get them cleaned again....
