Those spyders are rare cars by any standard...i like the way they look. Kinda pricey at 41K...but new they were 75-80K!! I think our stealth stickered for 35K...in 1991.
No offense taken there Dak...the way some of the 3000GT/stealths are modded, I'd say they are rice also! Just depends on how and what was done to the car. I just think it's pretty intresting that most of the owners of those cars dont consider themselves "ricers" or tuners or whatever else you'd want to label them.
You are correct, start modding these cars and the repair bills can get extensive. We drive ours conservatively, it's really used as a nice cruiser/nite out for mom and dad car. It's something i dont mind leaving in the mall parking lot, which is no place to leave my 70 cuda!
Excloud...you sure thats a TT?? If it is, it is either a very sick puppy, or the driver does not have a clue how to drive. Tire spin on these cars is non-existant unless they are heavily modified, so as long as you can shift the trans with any kind of skill, low 14 second quarters are easy, and high 13's are easily attainable. something is VERY wrong for those times.
BTW Dak...where is that spyder from...it looks like it has PA state inspection stickers on it?
