     I've got an original rear valance off a 70 Cuda, this one does not have the exhaust cut-outs. It is undamaged, no bondo, no dents, still has Black paint on it. It's been stored in our basement out of the weather for years... Anyway, $40 + shipping.....

     I do stock the new ones with the exhaust cut-outs for $190 + shipping....
