I am sorry to hear of your horrible experience! I hope that guy learns something out of this by the time you get trough with him. It amazes me what people will do or what they think they can get away with. My wifes car attracts idiots without any insurance at all. It has been hit three times (one was a hit and run in a parking lot) and I got to pay all three time to fix my own car. I did get my deductable back for one of them, 4 years later! I hope this all works out for you and that not every Mopar person is a sleeze like that guy. By the way, 3 speed manuals were standard on R/T.
