adjustable shocks
« on: February 17, 2006 - 06:20:28 AM »
Who here is using adjustable shocks. The ones with the knob on it so you can reach under and adjust them with out taking them off the car. A few makers are produceing these and was wondering how good they are and which are the best.

I actually have the rancho's that the folks at Cal-tracs sell. But i dont like them, they make the car ride like a truck (imagine that) The QA1's and the Strange are what I am looking at.

any input on these?

I primarily drive my car on the street and like it to handle good on the road, but now and then ill take it to the track and I want a drag shock when i am there. I dont want to swap shocks out every time I go so i think the adjustables are a good idea.

We have QA1s and love them.  They look great and ride real nice.  We did a little adjusting in the beginning and they've been doing great ever since.
