I went with Ford because I love Falcons and Fairlanes, not a huge mustang fan (just like 03/04 Cobras). I also like the modular engines and the SCJ, so that was also a determining factor. GM is a close second because I like the Chevy IIs and a couple other cars.

dang fingers typo 02 WS6 T/A

I was gonna say....

One thing I've noticed on other forums, is that alot of Mopar guys are also Pontiac guys, to some exent.  I'm a bit surprised to see it split rather evenly (poll nonwithstanding, since Pontiac, Buick, Olds are grouped in with Chevy).

Well I'd just returned today from a putt in the challenger when I read this thread.
It reminded me of the "other" covered car in the garage. So since the sun was still shining (gotta love the Ca. weather), I took my daughter for a quick spin in my '67 Camaro. I know, I know.
But the car is a survivor and she runs great and handles like a go cart. All original # matching bolero red SS/RS coupe with the white bumble bee stripe around the nose.
Always been a sucker for hide away headlights!
I've had her since 1979 and I couldn't get rid of her if I tried..my wife wouldn't let me. ;)

...bought this 68 GTO last year....an EXACT duplicate to the one I owned in 1968 except this one has power steering....EVERYTHING else is the same...

I have had many dreams about this car in the last 35 years ....I used to dream I still had it and just forgot where it was parked....I would find it (polished and top down naturally).....the next morning after this GTO was delivered, I really did go down to the garage to check to see if it was there FOR SURE ....it was....I can't explain the feeling, getting in the same identical GTO 37 years later....I hear Twilight Zone music sometimes....still looking for a Chevelle 396/375 4spd, triple black conv, to replace one I destroyed in 1969
