71 Cuda steering wheel wiring harness
« on: February 21, 2006 - 06:35:16 AM »
Does anybody carry steering wheel harness wiring for a 71 Cuda?  I looked at Year-One and did a search on the net but I couldn't find anything.  I also need overhead (dome light) wiring.  Thanks!    :dunno:

I completely rewired my 73 Challenger last year and at that time, nobody had them.  You'll either have to find someone with a parted out steering column to get the harness or luck up on some NOS stuff. To get new you either have to modify to accept a GM connection or rewire the existing connections yourself. Neither was terribly difficult to do.  I'd check Painless, American Autowire or Ron Francis for aftermarket solutions.
