I'd like to have a twin turbo or super charged (non-blower) small block. Get enough power to push a 5 speed manual transmission and call it a day.

Probably all years you could get a BB,72-74 were not an option and if you have a non numbers car i would think a BB or RB swap woold be more desireable to everyone
If it has to be #s matching Il take a '68 hemi barracuda.

I voted for the frontal labotomy, just because you didn't include the challengers. Just kidding. I love Cuda's too!! :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes:

Guess we could do a BB challenger vrs small block r/t poll but there are probably many more BB barracudas than small block r/t's or am i wrong?

The 'Cuda is comparable to Dodge's R/T package.  It had a blackened tail panel, special hoods (rallye or shaker), stiffer suspension, and hotter engines.  It started in 69, as a performance option.  It had the 340 standard, with the 383 and 440 as options.  In 70 and 71, it had the 383 standard, with the 340, 440, 440-6, and the HEMI as options.  72-73, it had the 318 as the standard engine, with the 340 optional.  In 74, the 360 replaced the 340.  74 was the last year.

That's the Cuda package, in a nutshell.
