This is his topic, I just created the poll for him so we could actually see what we really like.....

I know I probably missed a couple but if they're not there don't cry about it, post in "other" and inform us in a post!
413ci and 361ci engines I know I missed but I tried to keep it to what most would have.......

Good idea! I didn't think of making it a poll question.
I still vote for the 440-Magnum. But I like all the Mopar engines in the poll (except the 2.2).

I vote for the 440-SIXPACK. I have had both the Hemi and the 440-SIXPACK, and I voted for the the SIXPACK because it is a more affordable to most of us compared to the Hemi. However, if I could afford anything I wanted I would have a Hemi!!!  Dave

I really lean heavy on the 440 6pak side cause you can get such a bang for the buck. But, I had to go with the king of all time. The HEMI, no other engine or engine design has won so many races, period.


Speaking of Hemi, did I tell you I have one now? Eat your heart out TC, I got mine for $500.00.

340 for me, probably because I have one! I'd love a 6 pack for it but the setups out of my price range at the moment (450 bucks EACH for 2 barrel carbs, Holley you ripoff bast**ds )
If I had ridiculous money I would have an Aluminum 440 six pack - power up, weight down!

 Yup, I'm serious.   Chrysler put millions of the 2.2L turbo motors into cars, [even ones with a variable vane/nozzle on the impeller.]

  All those cars sold in the 80's , restored Chrysler to profitability, payed off the loan to the US early, and allowed Chrysler to stay in business 20+ years later !!
  And while the 340,440,426 etc. are cool, none of those engines "saved" the company

 PLus my former 1986 4 door LeBaron turbo was a great "beater" and pretty quick for a sedan.

Oh OK....you should read the topic though, I didn't ask who or what saved Chrysler from bankruptcy.....
I asked what your all time favorite engine is. If a 2.2L Turbo is your engine of heaven, that's nice for you.
