i'm not sure about the date part, but a few of my friends saw it and were pissed cause they wasted their time and money going to see it.

I saw it and feel the exact same way. There was maybe 1 or 2 funny parts, the rest of the movie sucked. As for seeing it with a girl, it really depends on her personallity...but for the most part I wouldn't take a girl to see it unless she was really into spoof comedies.
