Dodge Charger

1972 Dodge Charger original 400 big block car with 727 slap stick. Now drag car or possible pro-street. The Charger was a drag car when purchased from its second owner.
The car has been tubbed and narrowed by Gebhardts in Jacksonville, Illinois. Dana rear end with 4.56 pro gears. And Strange light weight spool, 35 spline axles.
Four link rear suspension with coil overs. The Charger also has coil overs on the front. Four wheel disc brakes, front suspension is pinto with rack-n-pinion steering. Fiberglass fenders, hood with cowl scoop, bumpers and trunk lid.  Lexon front windshield and all other glass is factory and functional. The car is complete minus engine/trans and radiator. Has a ratchet shifter, line lock, all gauges shift lite, throttle stop bottle. This car was said to run low 10’s – high 9’s. When the car was complete it was also said to weight 2850 w/220 driver. This car is a very nice drag car I also have a clear title for the car!!

Do you have a vin on that is it a real rallye car?  Should have a A57 in the vin.

A57 would be in the second or third line of the fender tag not on the vin, Sorry.  The code indicates Rallye package, Rallye doors, bulge hood, R/T style tail lights.

I currently do not have the fender tag. I still have to pick up more parts that came with the car. The car did have buldge hood and reartail light louvers. here is a pic of the rear. Dont know about the door panels, they do how ever have the wood grain on them.

 Not a bad price at all. Just toss in a motor, trans and radiator and go have some fun.

Chris, This is ALlen I stopped by to look at the hood,  You wouldn't have a need for a 440 or a 383/727.  would be interested in trading either for the hood.
