Twin turbo is a ton of work in custom exhaust work and air tunnel work, you might consider a belt driven super charger.

I know this is old but I feel honored....someone made the compilation and posted it on streetfire...cool....  Been busy with life lately and should be back up and running real soon...finally got injection figured out but had hurt the motor doing so....back stronger and faster......

New resto block, callies crank, boost ready ross pistons, manley pro-series rods, custom turbo cam, edel heads, victor intake w/ 72 lb injectors, twin 61mm p-trtim turbos, new strange 60, wilwood brakes and freshly rebuilt 727 with billet steel drum, extra clutches, ultimate sprag and billet steel stator installed in PTC 9.5 converter.....See you in a video soon with 9 second passes.

What time was it running before you killed the old engine?

Also, I'm located in Raleigh (if you remember). Are there any local clubs or shows or cruises that happen often? I'm new to the hobby and want to know where I can run into local guys with nice rides. I saw a guy driving down Walnut the other day with a 71 Challenger convertible. If I hadn't been so busy I might have ran him down to ask him some questions.

Went 6.64 at 106 at piedmont on 10 psi. I had just found the ignition problem that had haunted me for 2 months. I feel the motor was already hurt and the head gasket decided to let go. I roll with some guys here in Durham with some fast cars. Not much into the shows and stuff but plan on being out cruising soon.

Cuda is here and rolling with some friends at the local turbo shop I think thats the route I'm going.

Question is, either supercharged or turbo. Anyone got any good carb ideas or cheap efi that will run well with boost?

Use a small(650) double pumper with the choke horn cut off, choke holes epoxied and run dual powervalves....put big jets in the back to get extra fuel under boost(over 10 # diference) and use a boost reference regulator.  A very easy setup to deal with and fairly easy to tune....also run a good bonnet such as a CSU.

My buds camaro has gone over 130mph in the 1/8th with 355ci 23deg heads with a 91mm and a holley 650 at 3100lb.
