Relocated front bumper on '74 Chally

Went real well...wore out a drill bit but the bumper is on and it looks good...no visible gap between bumper and grill.  I guess I was able to move brackets back approx 1.5".

Nice job, DWBiggs.  I know KTO did the same to his car and they just look so much better tucked up to the body like the '70-'72's.
