Progress on cuda
« on: March 11, 2006 - 07:33:45 PM »
The cuda got outside today, first time out of the barn since the day i bought it.

Got the hockeysticks on, finished polishing all the stainless trim, did some detailing work. The restored instrument cluster should be back monday or tuesday, then i can finish up the dash and interior. Then clean/detail the undercarriage, and shes ready for a shake down drive.

 :burnout:

I went back and forth about what color stripe i should use, black or red.....I like the way it looks with the red, breaks up all the black.

Thanks for all the positive feedback....as usual I underestimated the amount of $$ and work this car required to complete, but it's getting close now! I'm so upside down in this one $$ wise I dont want to think about it... :roflsmiley:

Whitesatin...first time ever I'm going to miss Carlisle...my 25th wedding anniversary, so while the wife thinks we are going to carlisle, I've got a reservation at her favorite B&B in Cape May set up for that weekend.

I think I'm going to get this car to Englishtown for the mopar event there, probably go Sunday.

And, BTW... when is this Englishtown mopar event that you speak of?

We'll miss you Larry, and now I do remember you mentioning that before. Have a very nice weekend there, I'm sure you will, Cape May is a nice place, went down there once when we lived over in PA.
