Going with plan "B"
« on: March 15, 2006 - 12:49:59 PM »
Well as most of you know, i've always wanted a 71 cuda. Or any ebody cuda. But being that you have got to be loaded out the  :money: to have one. Im going with my second dream car, a 69 Charger. A project car is alot cheaper than any cuda roller. Thats the plan. Now in a few years i can start saving for one. Hoping they dont go up in price by then  :pullinghair:

Don't rule an E-body out.  You may stumble across one.  Nothing wrong with a RoadRunner either, Dart, Duster.

Well I love 69 Chargers too.  Keep in mind they are there and occasionally you can find a good deal.

I think I got 2 challengers pretty right.  Again, do not give up.  Chargers are great too.

Chargers are not cheap, nor are the parts. I'd get an A-body like a Demon, Dart, Duster.
They are just as cool and they will increase in value with all the other Mopars.

Very high fun factor with these cars, without the high cash.  :woohoo:

Something will come to your attention, it's just a matter of patience and sometimes even lowering our personal goals for that dream car. I know I'll never have that 68 Charger R/T with the Hemi, but hey, I ended up with a couple nice cars along the way. Kinda like fishing, you may not take home the trophy catch but there is always something just waiting for you.........................sent ya a pm.

Any reason you can't start saving for one now, instead of in a few years ?

Mark 12:30,
If a  71 Cuda is what you want why waste your time and money on a Charger.  I love charger too, but if you have your heart set in one then pursue it, you'll regret working and spending money on any charger, knowing in the back of your mind it could be a 71 Cuda.  Please I am no Charger hater. I have owned all the generations and love them all.   :2cents:
