any closeup shots of those headers you had so much trouble with.
I'd like to see what modifications if any you had to make them fit.
Now I'm gonna post up a couple of mine later since I just spruced up mine with a new repro
battery and a few other goodies.

That looks fantastic!  How did you re-do the cadmium plating on your brake booster?

That's zinc di-chromate (sometimes called "yellow zinc"), not cad.

Forgot about this thread.......This was done in August/Sep...  Keep in mind that the engine was not removed from the bay to do this............. :bigsmile:  The guy in photo

That's the washer bottle.  It has the long kneck because of the charcole canister.  The canister also made it necessary to move the horns up front...right behind the grill.

Steve's right about the plating.  There are no cad plated parts on these cars.  It's my understanding that the parts are clear zinc plated first...then are dipped in a second solution to get the gold/rainbow color.
