    I've seen 383 4bbl cars with A/C painted torquoise in Cudas (330HP motors). Also seen some 71 340's painted blue, some orange.

    Plum6pak, never saw your response on this thread. Actually haven't checked this thread out in a while. Some progress but it's slow. I am going to route the brake lines in basically the stock areas. Will probably be using an aftermarket adjustable prop valve. Few pictures below of the small progress.

    the engine bay of my duster. it was buildt as a drag car, so no extra effort was put into the engine bay by its builders. it still has its factory coat of brown paint..and 22 years of dirt. im told the engine has ben in there for 7 or more years , and it shows the prior owners lack of concern for its appearance.

    Finally got my 71 Cuda back from the body shop two weeks ago and have all of the wiring and peripherals installed. Next week, the engine goes in. :bananasmi  I can't wait to hear her roar to life again.

    Looks like it has 70 valve covers on it as 69 used push on breather/fill cap that was located on the drivers side cover.
