Plum6Pak, I'm one step ahead of you!  :icon16: Got the engine in today, installed it from underneath, very easy and fast to do it that way. Engine, trans, headers and k-member all in once, no scratches! Hey Goody, you should really concider TTI, they are worth every dime. Unmatched fit!

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of you my good man!!!
That's the first thing I see in that engine bay photo, which is old now.
Since then I have a new correct booster, no stickers and it's overall in tidier condition.

Cheap photo-shop.  It is off now, but I have no recent photos.

Cheers,
Carl

(PS, thanks for pointing that out, good or bad feedback is what I love)

Too late to do it that way unless I yank the K frame back out. Might be worth a try though. Looks good Jvike, hope to follow in your steps real soon.

Looking good Plum6pak, I would recommend to do it the way I did it, then you won't worry about scratches. And you will have plenty of workspace when your're mounting the steeringbox, starter, trans, headers, you name it. It's was very easy and rewarding to be able to walk around the whole assembly when you're dealing with those things.
