I Was Shocked

Well guys, I've been working on the Challenger got most of the interior gutted today. When I pulled the carpet I was expecting the worse but, this is what I found. I was so happy I had to share. :grinyes: :thumbsup:

Yes that's a 71. I wasn't expecting it to be like that. I knew it was a solid car but, not that solid.

Yeah, I got lucky on that part. Wasn't expecting it. I'll be rustproofing those with some Rust Bullet. More progress pics will follow. Just glad they looked decent.  :thumbsup:

just curious...does the floor rust usually come from the topside i.e. leaking windows, heater cores etc.causing the carpet to stay wet
or do they rust from the underside up? :dunno:
