A little more progress

Only because I post every little bit I do!
But it does help me keep at it , seeing what everyone else is doing helps too, it had been probably 6 months since I did anything , still not hitting it as hard as I could, but biting off little chunks, diverting over to my friend with the chargher & helping him a bit(conversation while putzing on cars makes it even better) Got enough parts to keep workin awhile, but work has dried up , good for the car,more time,  but bad for the pocket book.
I'm no where near done, but each little step gets me that much closer!  Rich.

More body work last night, before and after pictures. Had to remove about a gallon (no kidding) of bondo from the scoop area before I could do any straightening, coming along good but have a lot to do yet to get it right.
Ended up just replacing the quarter, the scoop area as seen in a previous post was not perfect and decided to just cut out the whole thing.

Body guy?    Only in my dreams. I just watch and learn from others. I saw Rusty using one of those electric stud welders on his so I went and got one at Harbor freight of all places and it works great. I did find that on the serious dents that the heavier stud is much better. I used the lighter ones thinking the metal would pull right out, they wouldn't do the trick, the quarters are thicker and heavier than I ever thought. You're right, the stud gun is a life saver. Yup, accupuncture works great! My body is looking better all the time!

Yikes! at least you have the right one, mine is from my a/c work, only good for small stuff, but it did what I needed,my friend with the charger has one like yours, so If I needed it I could have used it, I tend to get buy with whats laying around! But I do find I have a lot more "real" tools laying around after 5 years on the car!  Rich.

Yup, accupuncture works great! My body is looking better all the time! 

I need to clarify something, my body sucks, it feels as bad as it looks. The car body is the one I was refering to.

I took that for granted, I think your in the same stage of deterioration as me??? (lower 50's)  wish I could rebuild my joints, feet, teeth,etc. (well if you are you get the idea!) like I can rebuild an old car!( well maybe a little better!) Rich.
