Thanks Mike, did you get the idle issue figured out?

Car runs better than it did before.

I took a later Edelbrock carb and put the top half of my OEM Carter and mated it together.
This way it had idle air mixture screws on the front carb. The reason to do that is because the earlier Carbs are a smaller air cleaner fit.

Recently we adjusted the valves.
Sounds like a few are beginning to act up again after they were sounding a bit quiter. She needs more break in time.
Mike, Fremont, CA.

Got a lot completed the past few days, all the wiring is complete, new gauges and dash in and hood installed, going to the alignment shop tomorrow, rest of the window tint Wednesday then windshield installed Thursday. On the road in a week or so.

 Yeah, I'd like to have a Cuda or Challenger too!

Just about done, should have it completed by weekend. All electrical checks out, interior in with the exception of the door panels, waiting on a couple of silly little door lock ferrules before buttoning it up.

Thanks guys,  :worshippy yeah it'd be fun to go cruising the streets there in northern CA, maybe we can put something together sometime. I'll be posting the final project pictures in a day or two. Never quite done tweaking and tuning but at least the main part is complete.  :woohoo:

Absolutely stunning, inside and out.   :2thumbs: :ylsuper:  Who did you interior and what kind of buckets are those? They really look nice.   They don't look stock.  Sounds awesome also. What kind of exhaust system are you running?

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Thanks,  :worshippy I appreciate that, Muscle Car Addiction in Murray, Utah did the headliner, rear seat cover and vinyl top. the power leather bucket seats came out of a 70 Chevelle that's being re restored at the same shop. The owner wanted to go back to stock seats. Had to make special brackets to get them to fit correctly on the uneven floor. The sound is provided by a 500 stroker through TTI headers, 2-1/8" tubes into 3-1/2" collectors, then through 3" Flowmaster exhaust kit to the rear. The kit didn't fit properly and I had to make several mods to get them to fit they way I wanted.

Went on a cruise with a few guys from the Mopars of Utah car club, stopped for a photo opportunity, we went about 200 miles round trip. It was a blast!
