Disc brake conversion

I have a 70 Cuda with 4 wheel drum. I have converted it over to Wilwood disc.
My question is can I use the original master cylinder and proportioning valve?
I dont beleive I can but not 100%.

No on the master.
Yes on the safety switch and metering valve combo if you add an adjustable prop valve.

If manual brakes the new master must have the grrove to hold the push rod grommet

No, not enough volume. get a new master cylinder for a disc brake application and hook the front lines to the bigger side. Then put in an adjustable proportioning valve into the rear brake line. Hide it under the floor or put it's knob through the floor, under your thighs. That way it'll be easy to fine tune.

Also, the drum brake master has residual valves built in that are not
compatable with disc brakes.  Jeff
