Update:

Well Im scheduled to take my car to Laguna Seca Raceway on May 4th to meet with this Rich Truesdell for a photo shoot....and here's the good part!

The photo shoot is with the NEW Challenger concept car !!! :bananasmi

He has THE Concept car from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and then the car will go on a Calfornia Mille-related event until dark. Then he gets it back to drive south on Pacific Coast hwy.! I can caravan with him if I want to.

Anyways, I'm damn excited ! I have not even SEEN the concept car and now I not only get to see it, maybe ride in it !

At the very least I'm guaranteed a side-by-side picture of my car WITH the concept car!
How cool is that !!!!! :bananasmi

The article is supposed to appear in the following mags:
Musclecar Enthusiast ; USA
Auto Motor And Sport ; Germany's biggest automotive title
Octane : U.K.
Supercar : Romania

I've been wrestling with should I or shouldn't I, because of some carb issues.
But H*ll, she's runnin', and this is a once in a lifer I figure.

Of course I'll have a story and  :picture:

Thanks Barry ! If you're ever down here in the Bay Area, I definitly owe you all the Beer and hospitality you can handle !!!

Almost forgot...he still wants a '71, '72, and a '74 to join us.
He ESPECIALLY wants a T/A 'cuz they used to race 'em at Laguna Seca.
Oh and any convertible Challenger !

Congrats Eric, take lots of pics or videos it's going to be a blast for sure!
I'll have to hunt down those mags when they come out.
I bet a picture of all the Challengers together would make an awesome poster!

So can you at least show pics of your car and the new Challenger together since I presume they won't be in the article?... Or will they?   Also when is the article(s) going to be available to see?

Ok..have tons of pics and a video, but can only share this pic for now.

Whether they make it or not, this picture (and the others) will be cool to have in the future!   :cooldancing:

Think I'll start a new thread 'cuz I think most people would skip this due to the Bay Area title....

here it is...http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=20952.0
