Hi all,
Due to a major change in my life - we're emigrating to Canada!
my 1970 'cuda 383 is now up for sale. For any serious enquiries I'll be happy to email across as many photos as required, but here's the basics:
1970 'cuda 383, BS23N0Exxxxxx, non-numbers matching, but correct 1970 date code 383 block. 727 Torqueflite (rebuilt May 2005) and 8 3/4 Sure Grip out back. Complete with fender tag, VIN tag and door data decal.
This car spent a good time in the LA area before being shipped to New Zealand in (I think) the 1990s before coming over to England in 2000. I've owned her since May 2002. Bodywork is all good with the exception of the panel between rear window and trunk lid (the usual) which is starting to lift and the very bottom inch of the rear quarters which are also just starting to bubble. In her time she looks like she's had some welding (most noticeable is the rear passenger side floor (a replacement floor has been dropped in and welded), but none required since I've had her and here in the UK we have an annual vehicle roadworthiness test which she's always passed without requiring any work.
In a nutshell, she's not all-original, but she's a good, reliable car - if you want a 'cuda that you'll be able to get in and drive without having to worry, she could be the one, you might also want to restore her back to original? The pictures should give a good indication of condition and variations from original.
This may be a long shot due to location, but if any of you are serious, I'll do all I can to help with the process including shipping and documentation.
$24,000 US or £14,000 UK. In early stages, probably best to post here or email Rich at
