A bunch of neglected cars from round here
« on: April 02, 2006 - 05:56:33 PM »
Here are a bunch of cars that sit around here.  I can only get the owners of the Rebel and the 68 Barracuda to sell.  Unfortunately those are not at all what I want.  Figured that you guys might like to see some cars from Colorado.

I havn't been able to get ahold of the people with the 70 super bee.  I will continue to try to catch the owners.  Twice a week or so I drive past the house and eentually they have to come home.  That car is probably the nicest of all on this list.  It was last registeed in 1997.  No rust is visible from the alley where I found this car.  I will let you know if I talk to them or you can check this thread every now and then.
Just so everyone knows, the 1968 barracuda is for sale for 500.00.  This price includes title, and I have a few more pictures of the car.

I don't really know much about that one except that it is a plymouth fury III.  I will try the door bell at some time this week.  Do you have a picture of your fury III?

cool thanx

yes the Stacked Headlights are one of the most commented on parts of the car.

We are planning on selling her soon, (have been in no rush)  Was my wife's first Mopar.

She bought the car in ...89 I think and drove it untill 94.  I have it at a friend's garage he is working on a few little things for me (two kids --- no time)

we will put the money into the Challenger. :working:

Can I get some more pics of the 68 cuda? What kind of shape is it in? Where are you located? Looks like a long ways from me, judging on the terrain. Never mind, I see it says Colorado now. :screwy:

It is easiest if I send pictues to you through email.  Are you a dial up connection or can you take several pictures on email?  The car was rusted a little and someone has replaced most rusted areas with patch panels.  The car was stripped with the intentions of becoming a race car.  Seems like a lot of people do this and then lose interest losing all the interior parts and other stuff we all want.  No interior.  Clean title.  The 68 turn signals on the fenders seem to have been either welded up or just bondoed over.  Decent shape body and a roller.  Let me know if I need to send pictures to you remail.

That green Charger looked like a good parts car.

Actually both of the chargers, the green one and the grey one are owned by the same guy.  He has a cherry 70 charger and has used both of those for parts cars.  There is enough of both of them to probably build another car.  Maybe not a perfect looking car but pretty close.  I havn't ran into the guy.  I know the land owner and hunt on his land.  I know who owns the car but really havn't pushed finding him and asking how much.  I believe they are both 383 cars.
