    Bolt-in driveshaft loop - who are you using?

    I plan on cracking a 13.99 next time i run, and that requires a driveshaft loop. Looking for a bolt-in, also any pics would help.

    the best is available from US Tool
     , it bolts to the trans crossmember so no bolt holes have to be drilled in the floor

    Chryco pretty much answered this one.  I too plan on using one of their bolt-in driveshaft loops on mine. :grinyes:

    same design , alum is lighter & generally more rigid than steel but also more brittle , I see no reason why it would not work

    I have one of those on my cuda,(us cartool) or i did anyhow.. i have to see if it will go in now with the Tremec dont see a reason why it wouldnt.. . anyhow.. easy to install and works great the only issue i had was it bounced up and down smaking the driveshaft.. I ended putting a small bolt through the floor to attach to the top of the loop to secure it. Easy fix.

    Interesting...ill have to keep that in mind. I just ordered the US CarTool one for my 'Cuda. Thanks
