    Looks like I am going to have to carry bail money with me now that we got the Cuda dialed in pretty well!!!!!  Man does she want to move!  The hardest part is the break in process.  I wanna burn some rubber so badly but I know I can't beat on her just yet  :grinno:  :nono:  :popcorn: .  The cam is a little more than what I expected but that sure isn't a complaint.  This car is going to be so much fun to drive, especially with the 6 pack, which is working very nicely at this point!  I have noticed that the nice police officers in my town have decided to follow me whenever they get the chance.  They must be waiting for me to do something wrong.  One got behind me the other night where they just changed the speed limit to 25mph.  He followed me a good 2 miles until we were out of his jurisdiction.  Man is it hard to do 25 mph in this car!  LOL   :roflsmiley:   :burnout:   :burnout:   :burnout:  :angelwings:

    Break in is a tuff time for sure.  A necessary evil I guess.   You might want to try this little trick one day soon.  When the cops get near you, pull in a nearby 7-11 and get "gas" or something.  If they pull in behind you, use this opportunity to introduce yourself and your Cuda to them. Any time you get the opportunity to introduce them to you and your Cuda, take advantage of it.  If you give them the "Grand Tour" and tell them all about it, they will get to know you and the car and will be more inclined to wave hello to you than always try and catch you doing something wrong.  I know I do that every chance I get, and it seems to work for me.  Might even buy you a break one day when you need it....  Just my $0.02.     :burnout:    :cooldancing:   ...Oldschool

    Thanks for the tips OS!  I do meet up with a bunch of the cops at our Friday night hang out after our favorite car cruise show.  One other thing that may help to is that one of my employess is married to a state trooper so she said she can help get the word out that I am a good girl!  :angelwings:

    Haha, I guess you could call your winnings bail money.  With a well-built 340-6 pack, you could make some cash from one of those underground racing clubs. :misbehaving:

    (I really don't suggest street racing because it's not very safe and the people who end up hurt usually aren't the ones involved with it.)

    April they may be laying in wait for you to do something wrong, some I suppose are like that. But I'd say he just saw a hot pink Cuda being driven by (don't hit me Joe at Carlisle  :roflsmiley:) a lil hot blonde. Now, why wouldn't he follow you, for sure he now knows your name and address, he already radioed in for that info. But the part of you being a good lil girl, comon April, ya can't fool us. And here is a stunt ya may pull, if they pull ya over for speeding, just act scared and tell them a couple creps were following you around, but you better have an identification profile all thought out in advance  :roflsmiley:

    And then the officer asks"Why were you Grinning from ear to ear if someone was following you"?Slap the clinks on her she's going downtown,lol.Exibition of speed,traveling without due caution,breaking traction,wreckless driving and failure you yield to oncoming traffic all on one ticket,how do i know?Been there done that,lol, The officer needed 2 tickets to write all my offences but that was when i was a bit younger.Now I am smart enuf to do it WAY out in the country and not by a police call box,lol.After I lit the tires up I saw the cop on the call box fanning my tire smoke away from his open window-DOH :bigsmile:

    Hey stranger, glad to hear the car is running good, but like it was already asked, WHERE ARE THE PICS??? I'm getting cabin fever & just picked up the rear for Scamp, & the 4 speed ffor the Road Runner from the machine shop. If all goes well I should have the Scamp out at the cruises soon.

    As for the cops follwing you, you should flirt with them & try for brownie points.  :grinyes:  Just don't tell Jim, I mean Joe, yeah, Joe.  LOL

    All of you guys are way too funny!  That's why I love this place!  I guess I can always tell the police my throttle got stuck.  I don't know if you guys remember, but last year my speedo died on me and the needle broke in half and one half fell to the bottom of the gauge.  I was hesitant about getting it fixed because I could always tell the police "I am so sorry officer, my needle just broke".  I know that would have worked!!!   :roflsmiley:
