Hemi suspension guestion....

How do you tell if a car has a Hemi suspension?  Is it that it has two sway bars, one front and one in back?  On the other hand, is it the K member? Or is it something else.

Hemi suspension was not really unique , .92 T bars & 6/7 leaf rear springs with a front sway bar
 the K was unique with different mounts

is it a special order item?  and is it identifable on the vin tag or cowl?
