360magnum vs 360

I see the new crate motors advertised as 360Magnum, What are the practical differences in these & the 70's 360? Will intake & exhaust from the older models work on the new? Any other issues with using these in an older model?

ultimately both will bolt in & the ehasut will fit either
balancing is different for the magnum from previous 360s
I was not impressed with the one crate Magnum I dynoed didn`t make a lot of power ofr the price
