Challenger window and vinyl top trim

Can someone tell me if the trim is stainless steel or chrome? It's on a 71 Challenger and I was going to try to buff them out but wanted to check first with you guys. Thanks

I believe it Chrome, because that is what on my 70 Challenger SE

Stainless Steel, no chrome except on mirrors, door handles, emblems and bumpers.

Yep, it's stainless.

Thanks, that makes it a little cheaper! Now I don't have to have them re-chomed.
