Hey, I got my seat covers, door panels and headliner ordered today so I should have some nice pictures of the interior by next weekend.

 :woohoo:

I think I am going to try to cut my own seat foams on this car. I dont think it will be too tough to get it right since they are bench seats that dont have much contour.

I ordered all black interior. I originally was going to go with white inside but after I put the white dash in the car, it looked like a big candy cane...

I'll plan on putting some serious hours in next weekend so I can get some good pictures online.

I wont get too much done this weekend. I am heading across the state to pick up my truck.  :jumping:

Good luck, hope to see pics...and yes I would go with all black too.
My 65 is black, and the other is Green...if I salvage both I will go back black on both.

Well I picked up my truck Saturday and really lucked out. There is barely a dent in it. It's nice enough that I could just hit it with a DA, throw some paint on it and drive for a while. Just needs a good cleaning.

The nicest part about it. It has a set of 15x7 oe wheels with 3 perfect poverty hubcaps that are going on the fury.

It also has a dana 60 3:55 posi rear end. I think I am going to cut it down to A-body width, get some axles and put it in the Fury so I can fit some real meats under it.

Big score on ebay last week.

I found an original AM/FM radio for the car. It should look really nice after a bit of cleaning.

Anyone know the 1st year chrysler put FM in their cars? I'd think 64 would be close to one of the 1st.

wheels look hot. That's a nice score on the radio. Back then, FM was almost unheard of. So that is a rare find.

I ran down to wallyworld and got a couple tires put on the front rims. Here are a couple pictures.

I am going to call summit tomorrow and get a set of Hoosier DOT slicks for the back. I'll post a couple more pictures when I get the slicks in.

I got the seat covers in yesterday and put in some good hours last night.

I am going to head out to the garage now and put them in the car and adjust the front seat backs so everything is level. I will post some pictures when I get them in the car.

Here's a sweet before and after shot. A bit cleaner than last may. Smells nicer too  :grinno:
