new to board from MA - Rt/SE just completed
« on: April 22, 2006 - 09:50:37 AM »
Although I have posted a couple of times, I'm new to this forum. I have owned this car about 3 years and bought it from the original owner. It needed a complete restoration to freshen it up, but it was very complete, well cared for & retains all its original sheet metal except for the deck lid, and the lower quarters. Not bad being a New England car. All numbers match with fender tag & build sheet. Interior is completely original with the exception of the carpet & sill plates. We had to do a color change back to the original FC7 as the original owner had it painted Ford blue 2 years after purchase. It's done except for a couple of decals. Thanks for providing lots of good info and advise.
Greg

Thanks for the kind words. It's a numbers match 383, 4 speed with a 3.91
rear axle ratio. It's an original max cooling car with a "956" radiator in it that's kind of different not having A/C.
