Last time I ate mushrooms straight from Mother nature was about 4 years ago when I was drinking with mates at a beach camp...they thought someone had seen a magical garden in the sand-dunes with magic mushrooms.....

We collected as many as we could, drank beer, boiled them up and then ate them.
30 minutes to an hour later we were all hot with fevers and blowing chunks one-after-the-other.

:eek4: :puke: :crying: :-[ :puke: :eek4: LOL!! :roflsmiley:

I only eat mushrooms on Pizzas, even that brings back taste bud hell memories.  :22yikes:

When I was a kid growing up in south Florida, we used to go out and pick strawberries, mangos, oranges and avacadoes all the time.  Here in Atlanta, you don't pick anything...maybe some occasional blackberries.  Just something that's not done anymore.  Here, you don't eat anything unless you bought it and washed it!
