Yep, crude is going up and so the "crude" oil companies are at it again. And just three months ago here in our area for nearly 2 weeks regular sold for $1.98 and has climbed every week since, currently at $2.88, a .90 a gallon increase in aprox. 3 months. Now I've seen some printed replies to these high prices by station owners here in our local paper, and their main point of rebuttal is that Ohio/Federal tax amounts to .46 a gallon, but it was the same amount of tax three months ago too ! I understand the cost of everything will eventionally go up, but an average of .30 a month for three months sure is suspect to rip off practices. And................the state and Federal gov. will once again look the other way, after all our tax dollars fill up their state and federal vechicles.............BASTARDS !
