Just found out that Ronnie Sox, 'Mr. 4-speed', lost his lengthy fight with cancer. He was a true drag racing legend, a Mopar icon, and a heck of a nice guy as well. RIP, Ronnie.

Timing is everything, had he been born a few yars later no one would have noticed him as the 4 spd would not be used in racing classes , his awesome skills fell perfectly in line with an era when the skills were needed to dominate
 He will be missed

That sucks, Ronnie Sox was a true racing legend and will live on forever in the minds of those who knew him and those who watched him race. I'm going to have to go see a friend of mine later, because he grew up with Ronnie. He will be missed.

Wow that is truely as great loss for the racing AND mopar world.  And he was scheduled  for a guest appearance at the Mopar Nats this summer! I bet he will truely be missed there And in the world!!
