NewB to Board w/ 2 E-Bods
« on: April 24, 2006 - 08:58:09 PM »
Hi Everyone!

I've been lurking on this board after discovering it about 3 weeks ago.  I must say this is a great place!  Everyone seems very friendly and helpful compared to some other boards I've participated in.  I've already found many answers here to questions and problems that I was having just by searching past posts.  Anyway I am not a newB to Mopars and have always been an E-Body fan.  I have two E-bodys right now...

The first is a '72 Challenger.  Its a 440-6, four speed, 15" Rallyes and is done as a T/A clone in Hemi orange.  (it's probably more accurately a "creation", since we know there were no T/A's in 72, and no T/As with the 440...but I love it and that's what matters...right?).

My other one is a '73 'Cuda.  This is a numbers matching original 340/727 car.  Factory FY1 Lemon Twist, factory Magnum 500's.  AAR style graphics.

I'm in SE PA and hope to be at Chrysler Carlisle with one of them this summer.

Absolutely!! They are both gorgeous cars and I look forward to seeing them in Carlisle!  That is where we all meet up once a year, so please come and join us.

Glad you're enjoying the site.  It will feel like home in no time. :grinyes:

Nice e-body cars and welcome to the site. Glad to see I'm not the only one that owns 2 of the greatest looking cars ever built. I would love to build a TA clone as they have got to be my favorite e-body. Stick around and enjoy all the site has to offer.
