Ghost, there should be a number above the box, then there will be a number in the box below if you have that option.  Then all you do is take the letter from the top of the line and put the two numbers together to come up with something like S13, which would be rallye suspension package.

I don't have a number or a letter above the boxes....

Will the pictures I posted work?  They show every option that has something written underneath.  If not, I'll see if I can locate a scanner, and send the scans to you through email.

They are a bit fuzzy, but it helps.

The two bottom lines show the last two or three numbers of the actual part numbers, you would need a 1967 parts manual to figure those out.

Let me see if I can find anything on the rest.....

The things that interest me the most, is that there is a number under the Tachometer option, and a number under H.D. brakes police/disk option.  I have no tach in my car, and my brakes are drums.  Rather good drums, but drums nonetheless.

3rd line down - 522 - tinted windshield, 529 - wheel lip mouldings, 535 - drip rail moldings

4th line down

Under the Tach option, there's the number 6.  What's that mean?

Ah.  I just picked 6 from memory, as I have the sheet tucked away in a safe place, and didn't want to bring it out again.
