It's very risky having a car sandblasted. The pressure and constant peening of the sand against the sheetmetal, especially on these low crown body panels can easily stretch the metal causing severe stretching and warping. If you are dead set on having it done though, your best approach is to coat it with epoxy primer asap. Etch primers are not recommended on bare metal surfaces due to acid entrapment. Epoxy can be sprayed direct with now problems. It would be best to sand the exterior surfaces with 80 grit on a DA prior to priming.
