Whats a '70 challenger slant 6 worth
« on: May 07, 2006 - 08:31:54 AM »
I know of a 1970 dodge challenger for sale Running for $900, original. The good news it a straight body, mostly good glass and no visible rust even on the floor or in the trunk. It has one of those old school steering wheels that has a 4"-5" horn button. A floor shifter with a T handle. The bad news its an original slant 6 in primer with a cracked dash, cracked windshield, the doors sag and tired interior. It also got a 3 spd .

I wanted to pick ur brains if this a good buy. With the way the muscle car market is.
What do you guys think the value is on this car?

Thanks Marco

ANY Challenger is worth 900.00 in the condition you have described. I'd be jumping on that like a Badger!

Go for it!!!  :grinyes:

Any Challenger for that price that isn't rusted out is worth it. If it runs, you have a bonus there.

Hey Marco!  Welcome to the board.  Now that's a great way to make an entrance!  Now, go buy it, snap some pictures of it and share them with the rest of us.  Good luck!

A chally with a /6 is probably more rare of a combination than most think. BUY IT!
